Is this you? Tired of not having the success you deserve in your network

marketing business, frustrated and confused wondering what do I do now.

Your not alone , there’s an alarming number of marketers out there

feeling the same way. The reason for this is real simple, the lack of

solid business plan, if you don’t have a  business plan in place, your

setting yourself up to fail. That’s where the following step by step

easy to follow process comes in. The process of capturing, cultivating,

closing and coaching your way to network marketing (mlm) success.

Step  one in this process is no doubt the most important of the 4 and

that is Capture . This is the process of providing your targeted audience

with valuable information giving them the option to request more

information by simply submitting their name, email address and phone

number.  This is a simple process yet it is vital to you success as a

marketer.  It’s amazing how many network marketers don’t use it. The

reason this process is so important to your success is, the more people

you have opt in to request more information about your product ,service

or business, the more interested prospect you’ll have to market to or

Cultivate.
That brings us to the second step in the process , Cultivate . Now with

the proper Marketing System in place, the cultivation phase happens on

autopilot.  However, it’s important that you place a phone call to your

prospect as soon as they opt in simply to let them know that you are in

fact a real person and that if they have any questions, feel free to

contact you. Your marketing system will send them valuable,

informative information, that educates them about your product, service

or business. If done correctly, relationships and trust are built in

this process, which makes the next step,  the Closing phase a breeze.

Step 3, the Closing phase . As mentioned in the previous paragraph, this

phase should be a breeze if your cultivation phase is setup correctly.

Now I know closing is suppose to be about closing the deal, getting the

sale, getting them to join, but the last thing you want to do is try to

convince your prospect to buy or join. Let me explain, the purpose of

the cultivation phase is to educate your prospect to the fact that what

you have (your product, service or business) is the solution to their

problem and that it’s in their best interest to buy.  It’s important to

remember that through out this whole process, you are a consultant, you

provide solutions to problems, you don’t sell or convince.  If you

cultivate them correctly, you won’t have to close them.  If there’s only

one thing you remember from this entire article let it be this,

Nobody Likes To Be Sold, But Everyone Likes To Buy!

Coach , this is the last phase in the process but certainly not the

least. This is also extremely important to both you and your prospects

success. I like to use a Zig Ziglar quote when explaining this phase, “

You can have whatever in life you want, if you would just help enough

people get what they want”. Coaching is often forgotten in the network

marketing industry , that’s  a huge contributing factor to the high

failure rate. I want to touch again on the cultivation phase and

high-light it’s importance. By the time your prospects are ready to join

you in business they would not only be knowledgeable of your business

but also educated enough to understand what it takes to succeed in the

industry and that would make coaching them a lot less complicated.  Now

I know that’s a lot to swallow but having the right Marketing system in place can put 95% of the whole process on Autopilot.  The reason I say 95% is I still believe nothing beats the personal touch of a phone call. Your not alone, there are so many network marketers out there who struggle (unnecessarily). The sad part is, it’s not their fault, neither is it yours. Your about to learn how to Instantly Increase your Sponsoring/Recruiting Success.

• Lets start with Your Mindset (What are you thinking when you talk to your prospects). Don’t worry, every body struggles with this one at first. Have you ever been on the phone with a prospect thinking, “I wish or Billy Bob would be interested in what I have to say” or “I hope I can get Jane to join my business or become a customer.” Your prospect can sense your desperation and there not going to join you.

Here’s what you should be thinking, “Is Billy Bob Someone Who Deserves My Time?” Instead of hoping Jane joins your business, you should be thinking, “If Jane Qualifies, she’s going to be very happy she met me.” So remember when it comes to Mindset, you have the solution to their problem, they need you to help them solve their problem not the other way around.

• Your prospect’s WHY. By their why I mean their reasons for wanting to start an online business and it could be anything from time freedom to financial freedom, in most cases both . It’s important to understand that your prospect can care less about your Company’s product. Remember the old saying, "They don’t care how much you know until they know how
much you care." The same applies to network marketing, show your prospect you care about helping them achieve their goals and dreams and the rest is easy.

• Which brings us to Asking Questions. The only way you can find out what your prospects WHY is, is by asking questions. When you make initial contact with your prospect, the worst thing you can do is start going on about how great your company is.

How great your products are and how this is a ground floor opportunity. Big mistake, what’s important to you is not necessarily important to your prospect. So it’s Important to ask good questions, questions that will allow you to get to know the prospect and what their dreams and aspirations are. Some examples of good questions to ask are listed at the end of this article.

• Listening to what you prospect has to say. This goes hand and hand with asking questions. That’s asking questions, not sales pitches. Just try to remember, the more they talk, the more successful you will be at sponsoring!

• Notes. Take good notes when talking to your prospects, this is critical. The date of the call, time of the call, did you leave a message, are they interested and most importantly, their WHY. Weather it be to get out of debt, improved lifestyle, sending kids to college, looking after aging parents, whatever it is your responsibility to get it out of them, write it down, and once you sponsor them, help them get it!

• Follow up. This is short and to the point. A lot of network marketers don’t sponsor more simply because they don’t follow up. You have to follow up right away. If your generating your own leads (if your not you should be) If your sitting at your computer and get an email notification That someone opted in requesting more information, call them right away. If your not in front of your computer, call within 24 hours because your prospect is getting bombarded with other offers and they might not remember your website.

As promised, here are a few sample questions that you can ask your prospects.
• Getting to know you questions.
Where do you live?
What’s it like?
How long have you been there?

• Job Questions.
What do you do for a living?
How long have you done that?
What do you like/ dislike about it?
How long do you plan on doing it for?

• Starting an online business questions.
What specifically do you want from a home business?
Would you work this business alone or with a partner?
How soon do you want to get started?

• Closing questions.
Question 1: Do you see an opportunity?
Question 2: Are you prepared to get started

It’s common knowledge that Most  Network Marketers FAIL because they
1.    Run Out Off Money.
2.    Run Out Off Quality Leads To Talk To About Their Business.

In most cases, the reason for this high failure rate is this,
The Methods that are being thought are ineffective and Out Dated (They Don’t Work).
This is were Funded Proposal Marketing Comes In.
Funded Proposal Marketing puts money in your pocket
even if the prospect never joins your business.

Important:
Understanding this concept is Extremely Important.
It allows you to stay in business long enough
to see a profit by Funding your operating cost
(Advertising , Marketing  and Prospecting Cost).

So what is Funded Proposal Marketing (A Funded Proposal)?
As it relates to Network Marketing,
A Funded Proposal is simply retailing an Inexpensive,
But Valuable How To Product and or Marketing Tool/System
That Helps Network Marketers Build their Businesses Easier and Faster.

I like to use the following Perry Marshall Quote to explain Funded Proposal Marketing:
“Nobody who bought a Drill actually wanted a drill.
They wanted a Hole. Therefore, if you want to sell drills,
you should Advertise Information about making holes-
Not information about drills.

What this means is simply this, if you want to sell Drills,
Drills being your Business Opportunity or Product,
you should advertise information about making Holes,
Holes Being the Solution (The Desired Result).
You See 95% of people who fail in Network Marketing (MLM)
do so because they run out of money promoting
their business opportunity and not a Retail System
that will produce cash flow upfront. Don’t get me wrong,
Building a huge Organization is still your number one focus.
But you need that upfront cash flow funding your
operating cost while building that organization.

To Better Illustrate This Process, I’ll use myself as an example,
when I first got started in Network Marketing,
I did what I was told, Buy DVDs , Brochures Etc the problem with that was,
all that stuff cost money and if your as bad at recruiting as I was,
you know what happened next.

Every month,money was coming out of my pocket
promoting my Primary Business but I wasn’t
sponsoring anyone. I thought it would be a walk in the park,
all I had to do was show My DVDs and Brochures to people
and they would join me right away, and in six months I’d be set.

Who can guess what happened next? That’s right, the money ran out.
Had I been using  Funded Proposal Marketing,
I could have reduced my advertising ,
marketing and Lead Generation Cost to Zero
and stayed in business long enough to
become the Leader I need to be to Build A
Large, thriving Network Marketing Organization.
